Funding Pathways

How Paracare Can Be Funded

Services may be funded through eligible aged care, Home Care Package, NDIS, or private pathways — depending on the client's plan, goals, and available budget.

Home Care Package / Aged Care
Clients with a Home Care Package or other approved aged care funding may direct their package towards eligible Paracare services, subject to their care plan and goals. Paracare can discuss pathways where packages are not yet in place.

NDIS Funding
Support may be fundable through a participant's NDIS plan depending on plan type and available budget. We work with self-managed, plan-managed, and agency-managed participants. Suitability is confirmed individually before any service begins.

Private Funding
Clients and families who prefer private arrangements, or who are not yet eligible for government funding, can access Paracare services at agreed private rates. We provide transparent, itemised quotes with no obligation.

The Problem We Solve

Why This Care Was Needed

Our founders identified five recurring patterns putting vulnerable Australians at risk across Sydney and NSW — each one a gap Paracare is built to close.

Late Detection — Patients frequently identified as unwell far too late, when hospital transfer is almost unavoidable.

Limited GP Access — In-home GPs rarely have capacity to physically attend, so patients may default to hospital unnecessarily.
